My story is that my birth mother was from California and the birth father was in the military. The adoption took place in Orphans Court Of Delaware County on February 20, 1958. Birth name James Martin Haley, do not know which birth parent the name was given. I recently discovered that I have a half-sibling that was also adopted in Texas in the year 1961 and it appears she had the same story on the father being in the military.
