I was told my sister was born on 4/16/1990 at Poly Clinic Medical Center in Harrisburg Pa. I spoke with hospital and was told that they dont have those records. My sister was adopted later, but not sure exactly when. My mother relocated to North Carolina some time later, so im not certain if the adoption took place in Pa or NC.
