The adoptee was born at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pensylvania on October 12, 1967 at 11:55 pm. He weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces. They were all in good health. The birth mother’s father was in his early 40s and worked as a manager in the manufacuring field, and he had a 9th grade education. The parents of the blood grandfather were alive and well. The birth mother’s mother was also in her early 40s with a 9th grade education. She did not work outside of the home. Her parents were alive and well also. The birth parents had planned to get married but that did not work out. The birth father was not involved in the legal process of termination of parental rights. No contact from the birth mother was ever made.
