I'm searching for anyone that may have "Ronald John Watkavitch" known to be their father‚ or listed as their father on their Birth Certificate (Pennsylvania or possible another State). His DOB is 9.5.1948 and DOD was 3.29.2020. His family is from Polish decent (his father migrated from Poland in the early 1900's). Ronnie was from Weedville (Elk County)‚ PA‚ in a section called Baumertown (basically family land o a dead end road). We‚ my Mother's family & I were originally from a neighboring town‚ DuBois (Clearfield County)‚ PA. His father's name was John Joseph Watkavitch (DOB 1913 - DOD 2000) who migrated to the US as a child‚ his Mother's name was Gula Lona Lovenduski Watkavitch (DOB 1920 - DOD 2014). His brothers are: John Joseph (stillborn/died at birth) I was an "only child" to my birth parents (they were married-legally divorced in 1982)‚ him being the father‚ my Mother does NOT have any other children. When things went bad he left town‚ to be "missing/living" in another part of Pennsylvania for 10+ years‚ to avoid paying child support. Although‚ his Mother maintained contact with him but would not admit to it. I was born in 1971 so if there is another half-sibling out there‚ I would imaging their birth year would be somewhere between1973-1986 (could be more or less). The reason that I believe that there is a half sibling out there is that NO ONE on his side of my family is willing to take a DNA/Ancestry test‚ because they "don't believe there is anyone" to find.
