My birth parents were John Keller and Joan Fritch. I my life long father was Chris Skias Jr. My last legal name has been Skias my entire life. I cannot locate my original birth certificate but did find my baptism information and believe I was born Jeffrey Fritch. Both my life long parents have passed. I am just trying to find out when I was adopted by my father Chris Skias Jr and my name changed from Jeffrey Fritch to Jeffrey Skias.
