I’ve been told that my birth mother was at Ebensburg, PA as a long term resident. She was released mid -70’s and wanted me back but the State decided to leave me with foster family, whom adopted me in October 1979. I was born in Pittsburgh, PA and my adoption was finalized at Westmoreland County Courthouse in Greensburg, PA. My birth mother was 19 yrs old at the time of my birth and I had a low birth weight, likely premature. I need to know her, see her and be sure she is okay. Namaste
