The adoption did not take place until October, 1968. Sean Michael Felton was born 6/10/68 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA. He was baptized very soon after birth at Good Shepherd Church in Camp Hill, Pa. His Godparents were Susan and Gary Sheldon. They lived in Cumberland County, on the West Shore (across the river from Harrisburg, PA.) My son was adopted through Catholic Charities in Harrisburg, PA. by a family who had already adoted a child (boy?) through them. It was a sealed adoption, and I believe that his adoptive parents may have secured an Amended Birth Certificate, in order to change his name to their own family name. I don’t know the names of Sean Michael’s adoptive parents.
