I was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania on June 16, 1956. My adoptive parents went through Catholic Charities for my adoption. My adoptive parents were Francis G. and Ann L. Fonner. The Fonner’s lived in Washington County, Pennsylvania. They were notified on July 9, 1956 by Catholic Charities that I was available to them for adoption. I was three weeks old, with the Fonner’s took me into their home. The adoption was finalized in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Pennsylvania and the presiding Judge was Judge Curran. My biological mother’s name is Edith Elaine Gedeon
