I was born at The Elkins Park Hospital in 1966. My mother’s name is Jean Carol Mitchell. My father’s name was not on the adoption papers. I was born addicted to drugs.. So i guess my mother was using at that time. The lawyer involved (i believe) had his office in Jenkintown Pa. His name was Ralph Freedman. Elkins Park hospital had closed years ago. I found that medial records had been transferred to Cheltenham hospital, adoption papers where not ... They’ve been lost or discarded. Thats all i know. I’m now 51yrs. old , my adopter mother passed at the age of 96yrsold 2 weeks ago. I have no siblings through adoption and I Want To Find Out If I Have Any Blood Relatives. PEACE🙄✌
