Hello‚ my name is Carolina Rivera-Colon. I was born on February 22nd‚ 2007. I had a closed adoption‚ and the only information I know of my birth mother is that her first name is Sandra‚ and her mother (My birth grandmother) was there with her when she was giving birth.
