My brother was put up for adoption when he was around the age of 1-3. From what I remember he didn’t end up getting adopted until he was a little older maybe around 5-7‚ and he got adopted with another kid that was in the system with him around the same age. Last I heard they moved to California but that was around 2015 and the person who was keeping track of everything about my brother passed away so I haven’t been able to find any new information. He was born In Philadelphia pa and adopted from someone in pa.
