I have 2 baby brothers (at least) that were removed from my Mother’s custody. I remember them being taken away. I don’t think they were twins‚ but both were born when I was very young. It probably would have been in the late 50’s or early 60’s. It was probably in the SE Ohio area. (We lived in East Liverpool OH)‚ or right across the border into Pennsylvania or West Virginia. My Mother’s maiden name was Fleming‚ and her married name was Dorothy McGonigal and later Dorothy Neuch. I would love for them to reach out if they care to. My other siblings would too!!
