Hello everyone! My name is Brittany and my “mother” has always been strange. For the past 25 years she has kept my step father’s first daughter a secret from the entire family not even telling my youngest brother of his half sisters existence. I only know of her due to my stepdad disclosing that information to me once when I was a teenager. With that being said, I have always felt different in my family. I do not look like any of them and I could list a plethora of different ways that we are anything but similar. A few months ago I began pressing my mother for a copy of my birth certificate, being a 25 year old woman I should be able to have a copy, but I was met with resistance and I was not even allowed to see it. I found that to be fishy, and since then I have been reaching out to try and see if I can piece together this puzzle of who I really am. The youngest picture that my mother has of me was when I was a little under one year old, no pregnancy photos either. If anyone is searching for their daughter who was born in June of 1993 in Pennsylvania please contact me.
