I’m searching on behalf of my boyfriend. He was adopted in Pittsburgh PA from catholic children’s services adoption agency. He recently obtained his original birth certificate which has his birth mother’s name: Colleen A Malloy. She was age 17 at the time of his birth. She named him Todd Joseph Malloy, but his name was later changed by his adoptive parents to Andrew. His birth father’s information was absent. Please help us find her. Thanks.
