I was born in Lower Bucks County Hospital in Bristol, PA. I have been told that my birth mother was an orphaned seventeen year old. I was only three days old when my parents, Adam & Louise Casaza (living in Warminster, PA) got me. They picked me up from Danny and Jean Callahan of Warminster, PA. It is also my understanding that Chief of Police Paul Brennan (of Warminster) and his wife arranged this adoption. Officers Kelly and Dot Smith were also involved in some way. Most of these people have passed and my mother is the only one I know that is still alive (92 years of age). I have seen the court documents where the adopted was finalized in July of 1963. It states "Adoption of Baby Girl Rose ".
