I know she was born at home in Blooming Valley PA. She was then taken to a hospital in Union City PA. She was given the name Doreen but I am unsure that name was kept. Mothers name on birth certificate would be Brenda Chandler. My understanding is after this she was taken to either Meadville or Erie and placed with Catholic Charities and was there for about a year +/- That is all I have been able to gather.
