I believe my adopted cousin was a black market baby. From what his adopted mother told him‚ she and her husband got a call‚ drove to the rear of a building on Peach Street in Erie PA. A nurse handed him threw the car window. I have been helping him try to find any information about his place of birth‚ doctor etc. We have not had much luck.
