My birth name was Anthony Joseph Butina, my biological mother’s name was possibly Mary Ann or Mary Agnes Butina. From my understanding, she was very young (maybe 14) at the time of my birth. I was born on April 21, 1971 in Dauphin County, PA. My adoption was handled via Catholic Charities in Harrisburg, PA. My adoption could have been finalized in Camden County, NJ, where my adoptive parents resided. My original birth certificate was destroyed in a fire. I did 2 DNA testing kits and it lists Agnes Butina as a first cousin, however, I have not been able to make contact with her or anyone else related to her.
