Hello I am looking for my Brother (Timothy) was given up for adoption at/ around 14 months old. I was 5y old. Our family is still in Delaware. He has alot of family looking for him, he is and has been loved. My mother was young had two other children when Timothy was born he had health issues my mother couldn’t afford to take care of. My wife has been trying for years to find my brother with no Results. I would love for him to know me my wife and kids. If Nothing else for him to know he’s loved.Not sure where the adoption took him place or exactly when.We Have been told they might have changed his DOB on his paper work and his ss# because we did try and look up Ss# with no results.
