Searching for birth parents. My husbands birth date is 11-28-52. I believe the place of birth was Philadelphia. His first name was Billy but that has been changed. I know the birth mother wanted to me his parents during the adoption but his parents did not was to meet her. He was adopted by a couple from Wilmington‚ DE. Any information would be helpful. I believe he was four to six months old when he was adopted. He had very curly dark hair. This was a private adoption with a lawyer but we do not have that information.
