According to the Infant Release Form he was released to Catholic Social Services on 3/24/1972. The doctor’s name was Dr Dunn. The Social Worker’s name was Sister Maria Cedinski. The witnesses were Mary O. Wutosrt‚ Betty Chochurich‚ RN‚ and R. Gruber RN. (Spelling may be wrong.) I want him to know that I have searched for him in the past‚ and not a day goes by without me thinking of or praying for him.
