UPDATE: Since Pennsylvania released "original" birth certificates, I ordered mine, and know my birth mother was Thelma Jean Mowrer. She listed my birth father incorrectly on the b.c. but I have come to find out my b.f. was a Kaylor, most likely Lester Kaylor, but not 100% sure if he is the correct Kaylor. (Anyone in that generation is deceased, so it’s hard to say I’ll ever find out anything more). I would like to get any information on birth parents or any siblings or any family members. I would like to have medical history.
