I know my half brother was born at Frankfort Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I think he was born on November 24 1976. I believe it was a closed adoption in Glenside PA. Mothers name Crystal Weston (Maiden name) & Fathers name David Pichcuskie, not sure if that the correct spelling of the last name. He was around 2 1/2 years old when he was adopted out.
