My Birth mother’s name‚ as recorded‚ on the copy of my original birth certificate‚ is is Penny Stahl. No father name is recorded. My Mother was 14‚ or so‚ when she had me. I was born in Jersey Shore Pennsylvania (Lycoming County)‚ on July 21‚ 1969. Oddly‚ I was adopted out on the 29th of July?? This gap‚ makes me wonder‚ if I wasn’t born somewhere else‚ as people generally lined up to adopt. The name‚ given to me‚ at birth (on my original birth certificate)‚ is William Edward Stahl. My adoptive parents last name is Vaughn - therefore my last name is Vaughn too! My first name begins with a ‘D’. I grew up‚ during the 70’s/80’s‚ in the Williamsport‚ PA area. I have blue eyes and straight brown hair. When I was a kid‚ I had dirty blonde hair. I posess a long face‚ with a dimple on my chin. I was fairly athletic‚ with a muscular‚ wiry build. I tan well. In addition‚ I have an odd sense of humor - maybe a family trait? Who knows! The adoption was handled‚ by an attorney‚ in Williamsport PA - Max Hall I am open to anyone seeking info.
