I was adopted in a closed adoption through Catholic Charities in Erie, PA. I was born on June 16, 1977 and I was adopted on August 16, 1977. I have basic statistics for my birth parents, but no names. I am looking for detailed health records. My birth mother was 5’, 103 lbs. with blonde hair and green eyes and medium skin. She was of Polish/Slavic descent. My birth father was 5’8 with brown eyes and brown hair and dark skin. He was of Italian descent. They were both Roman Catholic and high school graduates estimated to be between 18 and 20 years of age.
