I am searching for my mother’s birth mom. My mom was born in 1943 and I believe her mother was placed while pregnant with my mother at the Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh. My mother was adopted from the Catholic Charities somewhere between 1943 and I believe 1945 at the latest. My mother’s name was Veronica Elaine Ross, but not sure this was her given name at birth.
