I was born in Philadelphia Pa‚ at Mercy Hospital. I was born 2/4/77. I was placed for adoption with Catholic Social services. My parents were teenagers at the time. My bio father’s family had a history of Myotonic Muscular Distrophy‚ and breast cancer. My mother was a smoker and so was my father. One parent was of Irish Decent‚ one was of Italian decent. My father routinely contacted Catholic Social Services and updated my medical information periodically until I was approximately 3 to 5 years old. I would like to find my biological family because I have developed a Genetic condition that is very serious and has caused me pain and disability and I feel compelled to inform them of these medical issues.
