Birth Mother’s name is Penny Stahl. She was 14 when she had me. This information comes from my original birth certificate‚ and my adoptive mother. My name‚ given at birth is William Edward Stahl. My adopted last name is Vaughn. I was born in Jersey Shore‚ Pennsylvania (Lycoming County)‚ during the time of the first moon landing! I grew up in the Williamsport PA area‚ during the 70’s and 80’s. I am 5’ 11”‚ 170 pounds. Blue eyes‚ straight brown hair - I still have most of it 🙂! Additional details: Dimple in my chin. I tan well! I have always been decently athletic‚ as I am wiry built.
