Searching for my birth mother! You are wanted and loved so very much. You were 19 at the time of my birth, I was under 5 lbs and had to stay in the hospital for weeks after you delivered me. You voluntarily signed over your parental rights but later (4-6 yes) petitioned the courts to reinstate your parental rights, which was denied by Westmoreland County Orphans Court. I was with same foster family from birth through adoption (10/79). Father was listed as unknown. You resided in Ebensburg Institution at the time of my birth and later, you were released.
