I believe I was adopted in Aug or September of 1987. My adoptive parents names are Virginia Jeanne Durren and James Douglas Durren. I was adopted from York Country‚ Pennsylvania Foster Care. I reached out to York County Foster Care shortly after I turned 18‚ to find out any information about my birth parents. They did not give me any names‚ said my adoption was closed. They did disclose medical information that was given at the time of my adoption. They disclosed that both my parents were in the military when they had me. My mother is of German descent‚ and my father is African American. Thank you for any assistance you may provide.
