Hi, I’m looking on the behalf of my husband. He was adopted a few weeks after birth. It was a lawyer adoption, and I believe the lawyer was Neibaum (spelling could be wrong), he did find some unidentifying information, that stated his mother had other children and was going through a divorce at the time, or thought she was on her way to a divorce. He was born in West Chester, PA and I believe the hospital was Lancaster PA hospital. Thank you
