My birth mother was named Barbara Green and age 28 at the time of my birth. My birth father was named William Lawrence Heaton and the age of 30 at the time of my birth. I was born 07-15-1964 and remained in the hospital until 07-22-1964 in Philadelphia County. I was given the name Terry Jean Heaton at the time of my birth. I’m was rooted through the Children’s Aid society of Pennsylvania and placed In Pre-Adoptive Foster until about October, 1964. At that time I was adopted by Herbert D.Louderback and Beatrice N.
