I am looking on behalf of my grandmother, Judith Cook of Washington, Pa. Her half-sibling was given up around 1940-1944 (we believe). The father was John Thomas Ridge (born July 29, 1905). He was married to Merle Davidson. We do not know who the mistress/mother was. They would’ve been living in Luzerne township, Pennsylvania at the time. From what I understand, the building that had records on this child burned down so I have very little information on her. Her siblings were born in the Washington hospital (Wilson ave, Washington, Pa 15301)so this may have been where she was born as well.
