I am looking for a sibling who was put up for adoption around 1985, from my understanding he was born around May of 1985, and the adoption agency was based out of Philadelphia, PA. It was an open adoption. His birth name was Johnathan Simpkins, but this would have been changed by his adoption family. Any information would be very appreciated. The biological mother’s name was Melody Simpkins and the biological father’s name was Johnny Simpkins. I believe my mom told me that his adopted mother was a school teacher.
