I am looking for relatives of my fathers on his behalf. He is not great with technology. He was born December 7, 1963 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was adopted by a married couple in Beaver County Pennsylvania. We have been told that his mother was around 16/17 years old when he was born, but have no proof if it is true. We believe that his father’s last name was Sims and possibly in the military.
