I believe he was born at Sacred Heart hospital Chester, Delaware County Pa., U.S. Profile picture is of Frank and our sister Annette, Annette was about 1 month old at the time of the pic. Nov. 1955 Both were put in foster care at that time. I did find Annette last yr through Ancestry DNA.
