I’m searching for my mother who was 17 at the time of her daughters birth. The birth was at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia PA at 27th & Montgomery avenues. the dr. in attendance was dr Herhsic / or something sounding like that name. He said it would be a closed adoption , she only knew she had dark/black hair. My mom is now 91 yrs old and says the baby girl would be around the age of 71
