My sister (now deceased) gave birth to a son in March 1969 when I was 6 months old. Her name was Karen Lee Frazier. It was in Allegheny County in Pennsylvania. We believe through the Catholic Charities. She also placed another son up for adoption born June 22, 1970. He has contacted me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As far as the date in March I only know it was before St. Patrick’s day.
