Birth mom was named Patricia Ann Rose and she was 14 or 15 at that time as we know. Birth mom was born in Johnstown, Pa and there was no known birth fathers name listed. Birthmoms mother was Elizabeth(Betty) Rose and child was relinquished at hospital and adopted out through Catholic Charities I think. I am adoptees birth sister Mary Lou (Grillo)Smith.
