I am researching on behalf of my mother Cynthia Harris Salter. She passed away March 2021. She was born in Philadelphia‚ Pennsylvania by Earl Harris and Levada Brooks Harris. She has never met her birth parents before. She has never seen her birth certificate either. I was told that my biological grandmother's name is Florence Pembleton Ulette and my biological grandfather's name is Isaac Lee Wilkins. My mother did reunite with her siblings and they were also given up at birth as well. I was also told that my grandmother had two other children that she gave up before he had my mother and her siblings. So far‚ I was able to conclude that my grandmother had 6 children that she gave up. The ones that I have met and talked to have never seen their birth certificates.
