I know the baby was born in Pottsville‚ PA either the Pottsville Hospital or Good Samaritan Hospital. I know the adoption was through The Catholic Charities and he was taken right after birth on 27 April 1968. The biological mother is Caroline M Pugh/Caravan and the biological father is Joseph Reckolitis (not sure on the spelling). I have my DNA associated with an Ancestry.com webpage where I have been searching for him and am trying other venues. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank You!
