He was adopted in the year of 1999 in Philadelphia Family Court 19th & Vine Street Philadelphia‚Pa 19107 I never signed any adoption papers anywhere or given him away .But if you can help me the leads I have is my son was sent to Hollywood California and given the name and identity of Omar Benson Miller born October 7th 1978 not on my original birth certificate and played on a Television Series called (CSI )Crime Scene Investigation in the year 2009-2012 he Is just 33 years of age I last saw him when he was 16 years of age when he came to his great grand mothers neighbor hood on 42nd & Wyalusing ave Phila‚Pa 19104 on the 4th of July in 2007 where Councilman Kenyatta Johnson son or nephew lived on the same block he was living with Current City Hall Center City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson family he has a sister name Lucille on 5600 block of Marvin Street in the Olney section of the city of Philadelphia. I last saw My son he was 16 years of age a height of 5"7 tall 150 pounds his hair was shoulder length plaits a white new crispy undershirt new blue jeans and a white pair of white Nike sneakers.
