Dear daughter‚ You were born on a Tuesday at 12:44 pm on July 2‚1974 at Magee Women’s Hospital in Allegheny County‚ Pittsburgh‚ Pennsylvania. Your adoption was handled through a private intermediary‚ Mrs. Elizabeth Duncan‚ of Glassport‚ Pennsylvania. I was referred to her by Catholic Charities. I was 22 years old when you were born. In the hospital I named you “Jennifer” I don’t know if you kept that name. I was told your adoptive parents were in their early-mid 30s. I’ve tried for years to find you. In January 2025‚ I found a Pittsburgh Press article dating back to 1992 stating Mrs. Duncan’s records were turned over to Genesis of Pittsburgh Adoption Agency a few months before her passing. I contacted Genesis on 1-14-25 and spoke with Miss Anna Cuevas she’s trying to find your record. I hope and pray that someday we’ll meet. I have things I’d like to explain to you and share with you. I’d also like you to know you have a half sister born in 1983 and a half brother born in 1990. You have 2 uncles‚ 1 aunt‚ and two male cousins in Pennsylvania with my maiden name “Ticjak”.
