I was born on November 19th, 1966 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Norristown, Pa. My adoption was private through an attorney named Joseph W. Forbes (he is deceased). The doctor’s name was a Dr. Kane I believe. I know that my birth mother had 2 previous children. I recently found out that the name of my birth mother is Margaret O’Leary and my birth father is John F. O’Neill. My birth parents named me Jackalynn O’Neill in the hospital. I was adopted right from the hospital at only a couple days old.
