I was adopted by a couple from Australia, my adoptive mother is Papuan and my adoptive father is White Australian. Myself and my twin sister, were adopted from a small village called Kundiawi in Chimbu, Papua New Guinea in the highlands. I believe our mother was unable to look after us due to financial reasons and so we could have a better life overseas as little girls are not treated well in New Guinea. I would love to find out my heritage, as I have two mixed race children.
