I’m looking for an older sibling. He was born to both my parents. He was the only surging child at birth as a twin boy. They were named Simon and Mark. I don’t know which child survived. They could have been born at Winston Churchill hospital or John Radcliffe in Oxfordshire. Pre adoption they may have taken my mothers maiden name Colley or my fathers surname Scourfield. I was born in 1970 in Oxford. I think my mum was 21 when she had me and 15 or 16 when she had the twins. So year of birth would be 1965 or 1966.
