My sister, Sarah Anne, was adopted in Oregon. She was born in Klamath Falls at the Presby Intercommunity Hospital. The doctor who delivered her is shown as William S. Bechen, MD. Our mother told me that all she knew about Sarah’s family was that she was the 5th or 6th child to parents who could not afford to raise another child. Unfortunately Sarah passed away in 1996, but I promised her son, my nephew, that i would look for his mothers biological family he is 28 years old now and may have a lot of cousins out there.
