Baby’s Mom was from Coos Bay‚ OR named Loanne Lark. She was a minor at the time. She was moved to a home in Portland run but a religious organization where she lived until the baby was born I believe in March. She was adopted out by a couple. I know the adopting father was a professor at Oregon State university at the time so they most likely lived in Corvallis.
