Billie was born at sacred heart hospital / CPS caseworker was Larry Leverette in Eugene Oregon He was taken at 3months old He was in one foster home around 15 months old in Springfield Oregon He was returned at 3 years old to me in December.of 1978 I believe but my marriage split up and I had no financial way to care for him so I had CPS come get him again (my biggest life’s regret)
