Adopted on or about 1/4/1947 Born in Klamath Falls‚ Oregon A doctor in that town facilitated the adoption quickly since I had a bowel obstruction requiring surgery. My adoptive parents were Jesse Morton Perrine and Shirley Briggs Perrine. Little is known of my birth parents. I was told by my adoptive parents my birth parents could not finacially afford my medical needs. Thus‚ Jesse and Shirley Perrine adopted me saving my life.
